“With a full heart, I want to share that I am stepping into ownership of this business, following my mother, Carmen Brown, who has been its previous and only owner.
As a child, I never fully understood what Carmen did. She always did her best to keep work and family separate, somehow being both the super-mom and businesswoman we all knew her to be. As I grew up, she began introducing me to her world, and once I saw the difference she was making in people’s lives through the gift of sound, I couldn’t look back. Her work inspired me to begin my own journey toward becoming a Hearing Instrument Specialist (H.I.S.). With Carmen as my mentor, I was able to see firsthand the time, care, and love she poured into this business, and I came to understand just how much it meant to her and to the people she served.
As I begin this next chapter, I hope to carry forward the same honesty, care, and commitment she built this business on, while continuing to serve this community in a way that would make her proud.
Thank you for the support you have shown my mother over the years. I am grateful for the opportunity to continue what she started, and I look forward to moving ahead with appreciation, respect, and pride.”

Carmen Buechel Brown
Founder
WHAT BETTER TESTIMONY THAN THIS? Carmen is now wearing the new SIGNIA BCT IX (7 Level) Pure Charge & Go hearing aids. With an avg loss of 24 avg dB, it was hard for her to hear and understand in a noisy restaurant. In the past we would have not stress the importance of a slight loss like hers, but it has made a noticeable difference for her.
